Organiser, Kuala Lumpur based Egnatia Sdn Bhd’s Managing Director Ali Kasa briefed Minister of Urban Development & Tourism, Datuk Michael Manyin, on the event which is expected to bring in 200 delegates from 30 countries with various backgrounds and industries comprising national tourism boards, airlines, resort operators, tour operators and tourism media specialists. Speakers from New Zealand, India, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and USA will present views and papers in several areas where delegates can expect ideas, latest trends and success stories in developing effective strategies to market destination and increase inflow of tourists, building result oriented communication programs to influence tourists internationally, creating competitive edge over others with effective customer segmentation techniques amongst the various topics of the Forum.
