Borneo recently teamed up in an effort to pool resources

and universities in the country.
The university and its media partner jointly organised
a roadshow to introduce the UCSI University - Utusan
Borneo Bumiputra Education Grant to the general public.
The roadshow was launched by Y. B. Datin Hajah Fatimah

University, Sarawak Campus and Utusan Borneo then sent
representatives to schools in nearby towns Bau, Lundu
and Serian to further publicize the education grant.
Response from students and teachers in these schools
showed that everyone approved of what the university
efforts in providing more education opportunities for
bumiputra students, without them needing to foot much
of their fees. Students also revealed much interest
in the courses that are offered at UCSI University,
Sarawak Campus.
UCSI University, Sarawak Campus is kicking off the second
leg of the education grant roadshow, bringing it to
Sri Aman and Sarikei on 15 & 16 August, respectively.
Representatives of the university will set up booth
at the civic centres from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. on both days
to inform residents of the said towns of the availability
of this bumiputra education grant.

from years 2008 and 2009 who enroll for the courses
that are offered at UCSI University, Sarawak Campus
under the Faculty of Hospitality and Management.

are also available for non-bumiputra candidates.
