The Tan Sri Ahmad Razali Merit Scholarship Awards is offered to deserving students with outstanding academic achievements and participation in extra-curricular activities. The objective of this scholarship awards is to provide students with the opportunity to experience quality education at UCSI University.

Eligible students can apply to any of the UCSI University diploma/degree programmes below (EXCEPT for Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing & 3D Animation):

Biotechnology, Food Science & Nutrition, Chemical Engineering (Petrochemical), Petroleum Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Communication & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Architecture Technology, Interior Architecture, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Logistics Management, Computing, Business Information Systems, Mass Communication, Psychology, English Language & Communication, Music, Fashion Design with Marketing and A-Levels.

A. Full Scholarship
To be eligible for the Full Scholarship, applicants must meet the following academic requirements:
1.	Must register at UCSI University and fulfill admission requirements
2.	Must be Malaysian and a full time student
3.	Possess minimum academic requirements as below: SPM - Minimum 10A1s for relevant subjects, including English UEC - Minimum 8A1s for relevant subjects, including English A-Levels - Minimum 3As for relevant subjects (excluding General Paper) STPM - Minimum 4As for relevant subjects (excluding Pengajian Am) SAM - > 90% (aggregate) CPU - > 90% (aggregate) For Music Scholarship: Minimum grade 7 in both theory and practical in music and pass the audition
4.	Other Terms & Conditions: Active in extra-curricular activities Must NOT be bonded to or be a recipient of any financial aid or rewards from other educational institutions or organisations All scholarship awards are limited to tuition fees only The recipient must help in the Student Affairs Office for not more than 5 hours per week Successful applicants must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 or 65% per subject per semester Eligible candidates must fill up the TSAR Merit Scholarship Form and attach certified copies of their results and other relevant documents The scholarship will be awarded based on actual results

B. Partial Scholarship
To be eligible for the Partial Scholarship, applicants must meet the following academic requirements:
1.	Must register at UCSI University and fulfill admission requirements
2.	Must be Malaysian and a full-time student
3.	Possess minimum academic requirements as below: SPM - Minimum 7A1s for relevant subjects, an A2 for English UEC - Minimum 4A1s for relevant subjects, including English A-Levels - Minimum 2As and 1B for relevant subjects (excluding General Paper) STPM - Minimum 3As for relevant subjects (excluding Pengajian Am) SAM - > 85% (aggregate) CPU - > 85% (aggregate) For Music Scholarship: Minimum grade 7 in both theory and practical in music and pass the audition
4. C. Merit Scholarship for A-Levels
To be eligible for the A-Level Merit Scholarship, applicants must meet the following academic requirements:
1.	Possess SPM 2008 academic results as below: Achievements Scholarship Amount (RM) 11A1 RM 14,580 10A1 RM 10,000 9A1 RM 8,000 8A1 RM 4,000 7A1 RM 3,000 6A1 RM 2,000
2.	Terms & Conditions: A-Level scholarship is automatic if students meet the above criteria (still need to complete the UCSI University Scholarship form) Only A1s are counted towards the award of the scholarship for A-Levels The scholarship will be awarded based on actual results Must register at UCSI University and fulfill admission requirements Must be Malaysian and a full time student Must NOT be bonded to or be a recipient of any financial aid or rewards from other educational institutions or organisations All scholarship awards are limited to tuition fees only The recipient must help in the Student Affairs Office for not more than 5 hours per week Successfull applicants must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 or 65% per subject per semester

This partial scholarship is available to students with outstanding academic achievements through examinations and participation in extra-curricular activities. Eligible students can apply to any of the UCSI University diploma/degree programmes (EXCEPT for Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing & 3D Animation): Biotechnology, Food Science & Nutrition, Chemical Engineering (Petrochemical), Petroleum Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Communication & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Architecture Technology, Interior Architecture, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Logistics Management, Computing, Business Information Systems, Mass Communication, Psychology, English Language & Communication, Music, Fashion Design with Marketing and A-Levels.

Conditions for Application: Must be Malaysian and full time student Must qualify to gain admission to UCSI University Eligible candidate must fill up the UCSI University Scholarship form and attach with certified copies of results and other relevant documents as stated in the form Forecast results are acceptable conditionally; award of scholarship will depend on actual results Possess minimum academic requirements as below:   SPM - Minimum 7As for relevant subjects, English B3 or better UEC - 4B3, 1B4 with an aggregate of 16 or better, one of them must be English A-Levels - 24 points and above (best 3 subjects) STPM - 3 Bs and above (best 3 subjects) SAM - > 80% (aggregate) or TER/UAI > 85% CPU - > 85% (aggregate) Active in extra-curricular activities and financial deserving All scholarship awards are limited to tuition fee only Must NOT be bonded to or be a recipient of any financial aid or rewards from other educational institutions or organisations The recipient must help in the Student Affairs Office for not more than 5 hours per week Successful applicants shall maintain a minimum of GPA 3.0 or 65% per subject per semester For music scholarship only; 1) minimum grade 7 in both theory and practical in music and 2) pass the audition

This UCSI Sports Scholarship Awards is available to students with outstanding sports achievements. Successful applicants who are state athletes will be awarded a 25% tuition fee waiver while national athletes will receive a 50% tuition fee waiver.

Eligibility

• Open for Malaysian only
• Awarded to full time students of UCSI who are either State or National athletes
• Candidate is required to fulfill UCSI University minimum pre-requisite academic criteria
• Verifications by sport associations are required
• The final Decision to award the UCSI Sports Scholarship is at the sole discretion of UCSI

Terms & Conditions

• The Scholarships cover tuition fees and internal examination fees at undergraduate degree, diploma or foundation levels only
• Scholarship awards are limited to tuition fees and does not include external moderation or examination fees
• Recipients of this scholarship should at least pass with the minimum grade required by the respective faculties at UCSI University and maintain their sports achievements at State or national level
• Recipients of the scholarship are required to serve and contribute towards the furtherance and promotion of sports activities at UCSI University, and participate Community Services inclusive of conducting sports clinics
• UCSI University reserves the right to revoke the said scholarship if the Sports Scholar does not maintain discipline, attendance and good behaviour in UCSI University
• All information furnished by the scholarship recipient must be true and correct in all aspects. The Scholarship is liable to be withdrawn without prior notice if inaccurate information is furnished. In such event the scholarship recipient will be required to pay UCSI University the amount of tuition fee waived, up to the date the scholarship is withdrawn
• Qualified candidates must represent UCSI University in MAPCU games or any other tournaments as and when required by UCSI University
• The Sports Scholarship will be reviewed annually
• UCSI University reserves the right to amend the policies and terms of the scholarship without prior notice
• All sports scholars must abide by the Rules and Regulations of UCSI University
