Local Admission Procedures

Step 1: Documents to be Submitted
1. All students must complete an Application Form.
2. Submit by post the following documents and the Application Form to the Marketing Department
2a A certified true copy of actual/forecast/trial examination results. For instance: SPM/ 'O'- Levels, STPM/ A-Levels, UEC, SAM, CPU or other equivalent qualifications
2b For exemption purpose - Diploma students (Completed or currently still studying) must provide a certified transcript and Diploma Certificate (if applicable), together with the course syllabus.
2c A photocopy of Identification Card (IC), both sides
2d 3 copies of passport size colour photograph
2e Other supporting documents for your application (if any), eg. TOEFL, IELTS, MUET etc.
2f A crossed cheque or bankdraft or Telegraphic Transfer (TT) # for Registration should be made payable to UCSI Education Sdn Bhd
The Registration Fees are as follows:
  • RM 350 (All programmes except Music, Medicine and Pharmacy)
  • RM 450 (Music)
  • RM 600 (Medicine and Pharmacy)
For payment made by TT, you are required to fax your full name and contact number to Marketing Department at 03 - 91022614 for our onwards action. The details for payment made via TT are as below:

3. Should you require Accommodation, please complete the campus Accommodation Application Form and submit together with the Registration Form.

Students will be notified upon receipt of documents or/and payment.

The Letter of Acceptance will be issued and sent (Complete documents only) to students within two weeks from the date of the Application is being processed. Insufficient documents’ application will be informed of the required materials to help to speed up the process.
