International Degree Pathway (IDP)

When students embark on a UCSI University degree, they will also have the option to participate in the UCSI International Degree Pathway (IDP). IDP allows students the flexibility to transfer courses done at UCSI University to various international universities overseas and enables you to obtain a degree from any one of our partner universities.

 

The International University Placement Center (IUPC) assists the student with all aspects of their IDP experience:


Step 1: Choosing the University

• Provide personalized counseling on choice of university
• Provide access to resource centre
• Organize seminars, talks, workshops, personal student interviews and in-house educational fairs by partner universities that gives students the opportunity to meet and discuss with the partner university representatives directly

Step 2: Choosing transferable UCSI University subjects

• Provide support to Schools in the course selection process

Step 3: IDP University Application Process

• Assists students with the application process
• Does necessary follow-up with the overseas university e.g. arrangement for accommodation
• Assists students' with the visa application, air-ticket booking
• Liaise with respective country's agents for pre-departure briefing for students
