far, we find UCSIs Co-Op programme to be a very useful programme for the
students to be exposed to the reality of working life. The programme provides
the students an opportunity to apply what they have learned in class their
working place. The Co-Op programme has been very beneficial to our firm as it

Co-Op (Internship) is a unique programme in
Malaysia
which enables a symbiotic partnership between the students as well as the
professional organizations in a well planned manner. It is still new and is
striving boldly to change the mindset of the professional world in embracing
the future workforce whilst still in its infancy. This programme has definitely
benefited us as much as it has the young interns as they tend to give us an
outlook which is sometimes diverse from the mindset of the current workforce.
We would definitely consider taking future interns as it is a learning
