So
far, we find UCSIs Co-Op programme to be a very useful programme for the
students to be exposed to the reality of working life. The programme provides
the students an opportunity to apply what they have learned in class their
working place. The Co-Op programme has been very beneficial to our firm as it
provides additional resources and temporary manpower to the department they are
attached to. We look forward to continue accepting UCSI students to do
internship with our firm

The Co-Op programme is a practical programme which exposes
students to the current food industry. The experience gained during the Co-Op
programme can help students in their future career in the food industry.

This programme is very good in helping students gain more experience while they
are still studying. Students can learn practical skills and gain working
experience to prepare them for their future career. This programme helps
students understand the operations of an organization.
Ms. Lai Keew Fa
Chief Operating Officer

Sime Darby Technology Centre
In our humble opinion, the UCSI
Co-Op (Internship) is a unique programme in
Malaysia
which enables a symbiotic partnership between the students as well as the
professional organizations in a well planned manner. It is still new and is
striving boldly to change the mindset of the professional world in embracing
the future workforce whilst still in its infancy. This programme has definitely
benefited us as much as it has the young interns as they tend to give us an
outlook which is sometimes diverse from the mindset of the current workforce.
We would definitely consider taking future interns as it is a learning
experience for both parties and we are proud to be able to contribute. "
This is a good programme and I would strongly support such
programmes in the future.
