- A visit from two media specialists from the University
of Swinburne in Australia to the Group Corporate Affairs
office at UCSI University provided a healthy exchange
of ideas and the sharing of knowledge between the media
relations departments of the two universities.
Group Vice President for Corporate Affairs, Ms Margaret
Soo, Ms Belinda Chee and Ms Chen Su Yin from the Group
Corporate Affairs Office met with the visitors, Ms Heather
Crosling, Associate Director, Media & Communications
Unit, Ms Crystal Ladiges, Media Relations Manager and,

in terms of their organizational set-up, as well as
how they communicate with students, the academic staff,
and the various stakeholders. The trend on utilizing
social networking tools to engage students in communication
is seen as one of the major growing trends in both universities.
