This month’s issue of the e-News showcases Joshua Chay, a talented UCSI University Mass Communications student, who has done us proud by winning the Shoot & Win Competition, jointly organised by Rummz.com and P1 WiMax, as part of the 15Malaysia Project. Beginning with the previous issue, our e-News will henceforth feature UCSI University’s Deans and Associate Deans. We have read all about Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yeong from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences last month. In this issue, we introduce you to Ms. Gracie Geikie, the Associate Dean for UCSI University’s Faculty of Hospitality and Management at our Sarawak campus. Also featured in issue are our former students at the University of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom, who would like to thank all here at UCSI University for paving their way for studying abroad.

UCSI University students are a giving lot, and the students from the School of Pharmacy proved this by collecting more than RM1,000 for the victims of the Morakot typhoon in Taiwan. Read all about it in the On Our Own Shores section.
