Joshua Chay, UCSI University's Film and Television student from the School of Mass Communications won the first prize for Ruumz.com's Shoot & Win Contest, in conjunction with the 15Malaysia Project and is co-organised by P1 WiMAX. Joshua's video was selected among many others by the directors of the 15Malaysia Project.

The video was initially an assignment for the subject Alternative Voices & Issues in Mass Communications, taught by Mr. Sharaad Kuttan. The documentary is the story about Kuala Lumpur, told from the perspective of Mageret Leong, a 75-year-old lady who has lived in Kuala Lumpur all her life, and was a small girl during the Japanese occupation. She also tells of her experience during the landmark Ops Lalang in Kuala Lumpur.
